1. The Nextopup.com Company

These Terms are agreed between you and the following company:

2. The Gift Card and Top-Up Products

Nextopup.com is specialized in the sale of digital gift cards, vouchers, and phone/game top-ups (“Products”). Products may be offered in different denominations, regions, and currencies and are issued by third-party brands. Products are delivered digitally after successful payment.

3. Payment

Products can be purchased using supported payment methods available on the website. Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers, including crypto payment gateways, subject to their own terms and compliance requirements. Orders are processed immediately upon successful payment.

4. Availability of Third-Party Services

The proper functioning of Nextopup.com may depend on third-party service providers. If a transaction fails due to technical reasons beyond our control, the Customer may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Limitations of Use

6. Expiration Dates

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Products, refunds are only applicable if the Product has not been delivered or is proven to be defective. Once a digital Product has been successfully delivered and redeemed, refunds are not possible. Any refund or replacement request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and may require proof of the issue.

8. Disclaimers

Nextopup.com acts as a reseller of digital products and is not the issuer of the Products. The Customer must review the terms and conditions of each Product issued by third-party brands.

9. Responsibility of the Customer

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided (including email address, account details, and region selection). Nextopup.com is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.

10. Unlawful Use

Products and services must not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent activities. Suspicious activity may result in order cancellation and reporting to relevant authorities.

11. Re-Sale

Products purchased on Nextopup.com may not be resold without prior written permission from NexTHub FZE LLC.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexTHub FZE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or Products.
